Terms and Conditions

 

1. Program Overview

DrumIntro is a structured 12-month drum learning program developed by David Dias Drum School.

The program includes:

  • 10 structured levels

  • Online video lessons

  • One song per level

  • Monthly video submission for review

  • Instructor feedback inside the official DrumIntro community

  • Physical DrumIntro book (shipped to purchaser)

  • Level completion seals

  • 90-Day Progress Guarantee (see section below)

Access to the program is granted upon purchase and remains available according to the access terms outlined below.

2. Digital Access

Upon purchase, students receive access to DrumIntro through the official David Dias Drum School mobile application and the website.

Access is:

  • Non-transferable

  • For individual use only

  • Not to be shared, resold, copied, or distributed

Login credentials must remain private.

David Dias Drum School reserves the right to suspend access if misuse or sharing is detected.

3. Physical Book & Shipping

The DrumIntro physical book will be shipped to the address provided after purchase.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Notifying us of address changes immediately

David Dias Drum School is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Lost shipments must be reported within 14 days of estimated delivery.

4. Monthly Video Submission Policy

To remain active in the program and eligible for instructor feedback and guarantees:

  • Students must submit at least one video per month

  • Videos must demonstrate work on the assigned level

  • Submissions must be posted in the official DrumIntro community or designated platform

Due to demand, one video submission per month is included.

Additional submissions may be reviewed at the discretion of the DrumIntro team.

Failure to submit videos may result in reduced support and ineligibility for guarantees.

5. 90-Day Progress Guarantee

We stand behind our method.

If a student:

  • Actively practices the program

  • Submits required monthly videos

  • Responds to instructor feedback

  • Completes assigned lessons faithfully

And does not complete Level 1 within 90 days,

We will personally guide the student for an additional 90 days at no extra cost.

If, after the additional 90 days of guided support, there is still no measurable progress,

The student will receive:

  • A full refund of the program purchase price

  • Plus an additional $100 commitment bonus

Guarantee Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must follow the program structure

  • Must submit required videos

  • Must demonstrate consistent effort

  • Must respond to instructor communication

The guarantee does not apply to students who:

  • Do not submit videos

  • Are inactive for 30+ consecutive days

  • Fail to follow assigned structure

6. Refund Policy (Outside Guarantee)

Because DrumIntro includes immediate digital access and shipped physical materials:

  • All sales are final

  • Refunds are only available under the 90-Day Progress Guarantee terms

7. Intellectual Property

All DrumIntro materials including:

  • Videos

  • Curriculum

  • Book content

  • Songs

  • Graphics

  • Seals

  • Community materials

Are the intellectual property of David Dias Drum School.

Reproduction, recording, copying, sharing, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Community Conduct

Students must maintain respectful behavior within the DrumIntro community.

Harassment, inappropriate content, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Participation in DrumIntro is voluntary.

Students assume responsibility for:

  • Safe use of drum equipment

  • Proper posture and technique

  • Any physical strain or injury

David Dias Drum School is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow proper instruction.

Instructor Feedback & Support Term

DrumIntro includes instructor feedback and support for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. During this time, students may submit their video performances and receive personalized feedback from our instructors as part of the program.

After the 12-month period ends, access to instructor feedback and video submission reviews will expire. However, students will continue to have lifetime access to all DrumIntro video lessons and course materials.

Students who wish to continue receiving instructor feedback after the initial 12-month period may do so by purchasing additional feedback or coaching options as they become available.

10. Modifications

David Dias Drum School reserves the right to update or improve the program, platform, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
